Our fruit and vegetable section is the first thing you see when you visit us in Flamatt – and it’s restocked every day. What’s delivered in the morning is on the shelves the same day: tomatoes, peppers, aubergines, courgettes and onions for everyday cooking, plus salads and fresh herbs from the chilled section.
As well as classics such as apples, bananas and oranges, you’ll find melons, grapes, figs and citrus fruits – staples in many cuisines around the Mediterranean and the Middle East. Depending on the season, other varieties are added – ask our team what’s particularly good right now.
